KICK-OF MEETING (Italy)

The kick-off meeting got together the coordinators from each partner organization where they discussed the project flow from the beginning till the end in detail; agree on the dates and metrics for each project activity – both online and face to face.
The kick-off meeting was the starting point for the project. It provided time and place for the project members to plan the activities in detail, tackle any issues, agree on dates and quality and quantitative metrics, make the project team stronger via personal interaction in this project that will be carried out mostly online.
