A blended physical and virtual Speed Dating event was organized to introduce young job seekers to employers offering remote work opportunities. The event lasted for one day, with 25 young people and 5-7 employers in each country. The employers introduced themselves, their company, and the type of remote work they offer. Young people had access to detailed information about the employers beforehand to prepare for the interviews. The interviews lasted for 15 minutes each, and each organization hosted the event on the same day. Some interviews were held virtually between employers and job seekers from different countries.
